We study about What is Test Anxiety? Test Anxiety is being feel nervous inside or within the test or examinations. So, meaning the individual are not prepared himself, so individual feel this feelings.
For example, If you are a Nursing student and will taking a Licensure Examination, so, you need to review, eat some good diet foods, sleep well, relax and keep calm. You need to focus your mind in that examination, don't think other subjects to make you worried. To prevent this what we called Test Anxiety behavior.
If this Test Anxiety behavior came, meaning the result of your exam will be affected or even your plan will be destructed.
As I suggest in my example above, you can control your Test Anxiety behavior by following those suggestion. Although all of us has this behavior but we need to minimize it.
