Bible 100 - Studying the Old Testament

In Information Technology (IT) Course you need to take up Bible for you to graduate. It is six (6) Units inside in the whole year. Three (3) Units for the Old Testament and another three (3) Units for the New Testament. 

But this First Semester I just take up the Old Testament which three (3) Units. 

And I have a first assignment.

1. What is Bible?
2. Why should I study the Bible?
3. What are the books in Old Testament?

My answers comes from own understanding and definitions.

1. For me, Bible is a word of God's for us on what he want to be in this Universe.
2. I should study the Bible because I need to know what his plans in this world. And in general we must know what is the God's purpose of making people.
